Paul has spent his entire 40 year career in health and human services as both a leader and individual contributor. He spent the first 15 years of his career inside state government holding a series of progressively more responsible positions. Subsequently, he has worked almost exclusively for consulting firms at the nexus of public policy problems and private sector solutions. Paul is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in Economics.
